Terms & Conditions

It is my absolute desire to provide a fully professional service to all of my Clients. Part of this is reading and understanding the following information so we are on the same page. This is very important to me.

With Abby Rowe kindly asks that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions before sending your inquiry through. Please take the time to read through the following User Terms carefully as it is a legal document and, upon paying your booking fee, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.

*It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments being made by the specified dates.

The Booking Deposit

To secure your date all bookings are subject to a $250 non-refundable non-transferable booking fee. Your booking fee will be deducted from the overall balance of the invoice. The booking Deposit helps with the ongoing costs of running the business and should be seen as a commitment to you and your date. 

Booking Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

Cancellations

Please confirm your numbers carefully at the time of your booking, as we do not offer any reductions in our packages. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

Cancellation of any booking by you must be communicated in writing, by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The complete booking fee will be retained by With Abby Rowe regardless of notice or reason given, due to administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking.

Cancellations within 30 days of the group booking/wedding will be charged the 50% of the total costs of the booking. All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Covid -19- Enforced cancellations due to government regulations will be refunded their full amount minus the booking fee. The booking fee will be credited to a future date. If Abby is unavailable for the new date the booking deposit is non-refundable as stated above.

The Trial

Trials are optional and are complimentary with all package bookings. They are held at my Studio in Sawtell and normally take up to 1.5 hours where we go over all the finer details of the day, look t your dress your face shape, your hair to create the perfect look for you. Within this time we can try different looks if you are unsure of the look you’re after. 

Bookings for your trial are only available during the week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays.please reach out for availability.

If you are from out of town or genuinely unavailable on these days please let me know during our discovery call and we can work towards a solution. I recommend trials occur within 4 months of your wedding date. Autumn and Spring are very busy times of year for weddings so please consider that when thinking of a date for your trial.

Please allow a sensible buffer for parking, as Sawtell can be a busy place to park. Late arrivals do impact my other bookings and may need to be shortened if you are running late. 

What to bring to your trial, yourself with clean dry hair if you're having a hair trial and clean makeup-free skin for makeup. Bring a photo of your dress, earrings, veil, or hair accessories if you like. 

Guests at the trial, as I have a private studio you are welcome to bring along a friend or family member to support you in making choices for the day. If they would also like to have a hair or makeup trial they will be charged separately for this service.

The Wedding Day

I will expect that your venue will have a free parking space available for me. If your venue does not have parking please organise pre-paid parking for me at a venue nearby and communicate this to me prior to the day to avoid delays and stress on your day. 

An early start fee will be charged for starts before 6am.

In the very unlikely event that I am severely unwell or unable to work on your wedding day, I will do my very best to provide you with a choice of available stylists within my network and cover any extra fees or charges that may apply. If it is your preference I will provide a full refund.

Images of my work are an important part of my business for my portfolio and promotional purposes. Images taken by myself and professional photographers are used on my website and on social media platforms. Please let me know if you would not like to be photographed or for me to use your professional photographer’s work for my own marketing purposes.

Payment

All payments are to be paid to the provided account and include your unique reference in the description, which is on your invoice.

50% of the total amount of your booking is due 30 days prior to your wedding date and Final payments are due 14 days before your wedding date.

Due to the uncertainty surrounding bookings at the moment, I ask that partial and full payments above the booking fee be held until 2 months prior to your booking date. 

The client understands that once the booking fee has been paid, they are legally bound by this document. March 2022
