Postage & Handling

We are open and our team is working hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. As we practice safe social distancing and sanitisation processes, orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.

Please note also, Australia Post is experiencing significant delivery delays. Some areas are particularly affected, with delivery timeframes longer than usual. Australia Post has attributed these delays specifically to:

  • Reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry their parcels)

  • A significant increase in parcels due to more people shopping online and avoiding physical stores

  • Health & safety measures at their facilities (such as social distancing through zoning and dedicated shift start times to reduce cross over of workers)

  • Reduction of customs staff in some countries, delaying processing and clearance of imported parcels

Dispatch Timeframe

Orders are sent within 2-3 business days and a shipping notification will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch. Please allow slightly longer for your order to be processed during public holidays and Christmas periods.

  • Local pick up can be arranged.

  • Sent via Australia Post Parcel Post with full tracking and signature on delivery

Terms and Conditions 

Please note, if an order is returned to sender due to the goods not claimed within the courier's required time frame or an incorrect address provided, there are two options:

  • We can refund the order minus the original shipping charge and return to sender fee 

  • We can resend the order, however, the shipping charge will need to be paid again by the customer prior to dispatch

If an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, we can open an investigation with the relevant carrier to locate the parcel. Please note, we cannot resend/refund the order until the investigation is complete and the parcel is either located or officially classified as lost.
If an 'authority to leave' is requested, Sestra cannot accept responsibility for missing packages.


The shipping address can only be updated until the order begins processing. With Abby Rowe cannot accommodate all address changes and takes no responsibility or liability for orders shipped to an invalid address.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we don’t provide refunds for change of mind or sale items (unless it is faulty).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be the amount paid for the item, shipping will NOT be refunded.

Items will need to be shipped back to 8/66-68 First Avenue Sawtell, NSW 2452, this cost is to be paid by the customer. Refunds will not be given for postage.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be arranged by With Abby Rowe.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty items

Firstly sorry this fault slipped through our checks, please  email at info@withabbyrowe.com with images of faulty items and we will contact you with next steps to solve the issue. Please note we may require items to be returned and it is the discretion of the business to deem what is a faulty item. Items need to be unused, unwashed and please look over your items when receiving them.

If you choose to return items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

– All refunds are less original shipping costs, as shipping costs are non refundable.

Shipping costs back to you for the replacement of a defective or damaged item will be covered by us (Australian orders only)

– We recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind
and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

– We will replace the item if the stock is available or give you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future With Abby Rowe customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping.
